CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Credit card transaction fees aren't returned to you when we issue a refund.
We do not accept returns on custom orders. Please also note that , once the custom order is processed and in production, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders have longer wait time of 3-4 months.
Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost.
Any damages to products may void the return. Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to choose a carrier that provides tracking information so we can monitor your return progress to our Returns Center.
